He is dragged into the Wailing Swamp by a tentacled creature, but uses his electronux to escape. He can carry Wulf on his own.

WULF STERNHAMMER
He is still frozen. Johnny and Don take turns carrying him.

THE GRONK
It accompanies Johnny and Wulf to the Black Citadel.

OTHER CHARACTERS
DON DORK
He succumbs to despair that they will never escape, but Johnny brings him out of it. Don can carry Wulf on his own. He falls off the Mount of Skulls.

He is eaten by a sea monster in the wailing swamp.

REVIEW
The reveal of Satan isn't quite as surprising as the departure of Don Dork. He doesn't die, because no one in Hell dies, but it's clearly meant to be final and with Wulf and Wagner gone he has been a great foil for Johnny.
