SYNOPSIS
Dredd scares off the Ghosts of Milwaukee

JUDGE DREDD
He flees from the Red Leg Raiders with Rhode Island Red in custody. His Lawmaster suffers an oil leak when Red's tamed dog vultures attack and he is forced to drive slower. He takes refuge in Milwaukee as the Red Leg Raiders catch up to them. The Ghosts of Milwaukee scare off Red's men, while Dredd threatens to have another nuclear bomb target Milwaukee. The ghosts depart and Dredd returns to Mega-City One with Red.

At least four. Dredd destroys a vehicle in pursuit with a bullet to the fuel tank, the resulting explosion kills the driver. Dredd kills at least two of Red's tame dog vultures. When Skink declares that he won't go into Milwaukee, another mutant kills him.

REVIEW
Despite delivering no further clarification of why any of this is happening, this part builds to a very nice dénouement as Red's raiders are scared of Milwaukee's ghosts who are in turn scared of Dredd's threat to kill them all over again.
