BILL SAVAGE
Martin drafts him to help steal weapons from the Imperial War Museum. His grandfather used an amphibious D.U.K.W. in the war. Savage finds one at the museum and uses it to knock Martin's guns into the water and then make his escape.

Self-appointed leader following the flood. He decides to steal weapons from the Imperial War Museum to bolster his authority. The Catford Mob have the same idea and they fight. Savage knocks his guns into the water.

The Imperial War Museum was found in 1917 and has been at its present location since 1936. The D.U.K.W., known as Ducks, is a six-wheel-drive amphibious modification of the trucks used by the U.S. military in World War II.
MISTAKES
The flooding is two-thirds of the way up Big Ben, but not so bad at the Imperial War Museum.

It's nice to see Savage see through Martin, but otherwise this is merely an excuse to get our hero into a new vehicle.
