SYNOPSIS
Savage visits Harrod's and finds himself in the middle of a jailbreak.

North London has a Security Prison.
BILL SAVAGE
He visits Harrods and intercedes during an altercation. He has his shotgun seized by a group of Royal Marine Commandos. He later discovers their bodies floating in the water. Savage realises that the prisoners they were due to check on had killed, stripped and replaced them.
OTHER CHARACTERS
BAMBER
He plans to stay with Savage, because the DUKW is useful to his studies. He disagrees with Savage about intervening at Harrods. He shoplifts a hamper.
DEATHS
At least four. The Royal Marine commandos are killed are stripped by the prisoners they were checking on.

This is all set up, but really the only thing of interest that happens here is Bamber's shoplifting.
