OTHER CHARACTERS
THE SOLDIER AND THE POLICEMAN
The are shot by the Volgans and remain behind to hold them off so that Savage and the rest of the Resistance can escape through the pass to the Highlands. The Policeman is killed and the soldier surrounded. He uses a grenade to kill the most of the Volgans and killed in the explosion.

DEATHS
Dozens. A Volgan Jumpjet mows down half of Savage's men. Both pilot and co-pilot of the Jumpjet are later electrocuted. The soldier and the policeman are shot dead by the Volgans, but the soldier successfully takes out a trio of Volgans with a grenade

REVIEW
Disappointing. Half the men are killed in the Jumpjet attack, but we barely see anything. The other half are represented by Savage, Silk, the still unnamed soldier and the policemen (remember them?) as well as a man with moustache and flat cap. Another supreme sacrifice allows Savage and Silk to escape the Volgans, but we don't see anyone else. Not even flat-capped 'tache man. Thus robbing the noble sentiment of the sacrifice of any real worth.
