JUDGE DREDD
He climbs out of the Black Atlantic and boards the Sov ship. He succumbs to poison in the water he swallowed. Doctor Rodnina saves his life. He comes on to her to steal a medical implement to cut himself free. He throws neat medicinal alcohol it in Molotov's face.

Sov-Judge. He elects to kill Dredd, but he throws alcohol in Molotov's face and subdues Georgi, his henchman.

NICOLAI
Sov spy who acquired the plans for Mega-City One's laser defence system.

DOCTOR RODNINA
Sov ship's doctor. She saves Dredd's life.

ARRESTS
Dredd arrests the entire Sov vessel, possibly 1200 prisoners.
