REVIEW
The opening splash page is impressive, but the ensuing fight less so. The trapped Cullen seems surprisingly sympathetic as he burns to death and it's a nice touch that the Harlem Hellcats have lost their only link to the Syndicate and their investigation could well be at an end, while the last panel implies that the Syndicate itself will unwittingly provide their next clue.
